Start and End of Accommodation
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. If the rented rooms are not vacated on time, we are entitled to charge an additional day. (You are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel until your departure, and our showers in the Pilgrim Room are available to you at any time.)
Please note that a booking only becomes effective after our confirmation! Kindly allow up to 24 hours for our reply.
Cancellation by the Accommodation Provider
If a deposit is stipulated in the accommodation contract, the hotel may withdraw from the contract if the deposit is not paid on time.
Reserved rooms will be held for you until at least 6:00 p.m. If you will be arriving later, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, otherwise we may reallocate the rooms if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
13 – 1 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount
On the day of arrival or in case of no-show, we charge the full amount.
Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Cancellations due to COVID-19 are free of charge upon presentation of an official certificate.
A short-term rebooking is of course possible at any time.
Bad weather is not a valid reason for cancellation.
Tip: If your stay depends on the weather, we recommend making a short-term booking.
